Special Covid-19 Group Classes

With schools closed, working conditions changed and social lives put on hold, lockdown has created a number of challenges and stress and anxiety levels have risen as a result. Yoga has been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and anxiety and improve mental and physical health and a regular practice is now more important than ever!

That’s why we’ve decided to offer special COVID-19 group classes.

Classes will focus on boosting immunity, improving lung function, relieving stress and promoting better sleep.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a regular practice, our classes will help you feel relaxed, recharged and rejuvenated. (Note: Flexibility not required. If you’re new to yoga, adaptations will be offered for poses so there will be something that is right for you!)

We want as many people as possible to experience the benefits a regular yoga practice has to offer. That’s why we’re offering our classes for free. Please try to commit to at least 4 classes as benefits accumulate over time.
