With our one-to-one sessions, our attention is focused solely on YOU and YOUR practice so we can work with YOUR strengths and weaknesses. We can help you identify what limitations are holding you back from your dream pose. Once we know whether it’s core strength, shoulder strength or hip flexibility you need to work on, we can suggest preparatory poses to work on your problem area and give you step by step instructions.
For example, we’ll walk you through our ‘8 steps to the perfect headstand’, watching you closely and moving to the next step only once you can maintain control in the previous step. With our method, once you reach step 8, you’ll have the confidence to do a perfect, controlled headstand every time!
