Our Yoga Style

Here at Transform Yoga we teach classical Hatha Yoga so we teach yoga in its pure, holistic form. Postures are taught with the aim of promoting relaxation, calming the mind and improving health. Postures are generally held for a period of time rather than flowing so you can (with practice) meditate in the pose.

Classes focus on yoga postures but incorporate elements of breath work, sun salutations, meditation and relaxation, designed to help your body and mind reap the greatest possible benefits and promote self-healing.

Our teachings are steeped in centuries old traditions that have been passed down through generations in India so you get an authentic yoga practice which is personalised and tailored to your specific requirements.

We aim for you to leave every class feeling relaxed, recharged and rejuvenated.
