Here at Transform Yoga we are passionate about transforming your yoga practice. Whether you are a complete beginner who wants to learn the basics, an intermediate practitioner who wants to deepen their practice or an experienced yogi working towards a specific goal, we can help you start your journey or progress your practice to get you where you want to be.

Our approach is simple. We specialise in bespoke one-to-one yoga sessions tailored to your specific goals and aspirations, targeted to produce results where you want them most.

Whatever your personal goals, our teachings remain true to our lineage. Every class is taught with compassion and enthusiasm and at a pace that is right for you. Classes focus on yoga postures but incorporate elements of breath work, meditation and relaxation.



Are you completely new to yoga?  You’ve heard about the many benefits of yoga and want to give it a try but are feeling a bit overwhelmed.  You’ve thought about trying a class and you may even have researched it online.  But there are so many different styles, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga…..



Do you have a busy life, a stressful job, juggle multiple activities and often feel stressed, tired or anxious?  A regular yoga practice can help you feel calmer, more relaxed and better able to deal with life’s daily challenges. You may take a regular group yoga class and feel more relaxed, less tense and sleep well after the class but your stress levels may quickly rise the following day with the commute to work, a phone call with some bad news or a huge pile in your in-tray!



Do you attend regular classes, notice some progress but have specific goals that aren’t being met in class? Maybe you want to perfect crow, side crow, headstand or scorpion but this pose isn’t practiced in your usual class or there isn’t enough time in class for you to fully master it.
