My story
My wellness journey started back in 2006. At the time, I was working crazy hours for a large corporate firm in the City of London — 12 to 16 hours a day, non-stop. I was young, fit, and driven, but I had zero focus on my own wellbeing. I was burning the candle at both ends… until a nasty virus hit me hard. Suddenly, I couldn’t exercise like I used to. My body just wouldn’t cope. And just like that, my life changed forever. That was the moment my wellness journey truly began.
I stumbled into yoga almost by accident. My body was too weak for intense fitness classes, but yoga offered something completely different — a way to rebuild strength while reconnecting with myself. And I was hooked. Yoga didn’t just help me recover physically, it taught me something much deeper: presence, resilience, and self-care.
But I soon realised yoga was just one part of the puzzle. I began exploring other ways to support my health — mainstream and alternative approaches — and when I completed my first degree Reiki training, everything shifted. The changes I experienced were profound and lasting. Reiki became a key part of my toolkit, and I went on to train to Reiki Master and Teacher level so I could share it with others.
For those with a scientific mindset, energy-based therapies can feel a bit… “out there.” I’ve been there. But what I’ve learned is this: true wellbeing isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about going deeper — understanding what’s really happening in the body, mind, and nervous system. Pain and stress often start somewhere unseen. That’s why teaching nervous system awareness and workplace wellness has become a core part of my mission.
Science backs this up. Brilliant minds like Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla knew about the power of energy and frequencies long before we had the tools to prove it. Now science is catching up. Einstein said, “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.” I believe that 100%.
Here’s a mind-shift: we live in a world that still thinks of the body as solid mass. But Einstein showed us mass and energy are interchangeable — and at our core, we are energy systems. When we start to work with that truth, wellness transforms. It’s not just about exercise or nutrition — it’s about self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable balance.
That’s why my mission now is to help people move from burnout to balance — whether in the workplace or in life — through yoga, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and energy work. At it's heart, my work is about helping people reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and thrive.
If you’ve never tried mindful movement or sound healing — this is your sign to give it a go. Wellness isn’t a luxury. It’s a superpower. And the sooner we tap into it, the better we feel — in body, mind, and life.
